His intentions, thoughts, and desires are always to give you the best. His timing ensures that all things will be worked out. Waiting on his timing may be hard, but it is for your best. His heart is always of love for you and he will never do anything to hurt you. When you know his heart for you, you can trust God. God has such good plans for you-when you trust in his timing you will receive them.

Memorize scriptures on how he is trustworthy when you are doubting. This is one of the many reasons to trust God. He has never let you down in fulfilling his promises of having good plans for you… and it’s no different in this situation. You can always count on him, no matter how impossible things may feel. When you know who God is and remember how he has always been trustworthy throughout your life, you can trust him now in the waiting. The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does.” (Psalm 145:13, NIV) “Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The benefits of trusting God for his timing will lead you to have great, unshakeable peace, grow your patience and perseverance, and allow you to see more of the goodness of God. God’s plans are the best for you, too (Jeremiah 29:11). You are not different from the people in the Bible.
You can be assured of this because there are many examples of trusting God in the Bible. Trusting God in all circumstances, even during a difficult season of waiting on his timing, is possible even though it might not feel that way. The power of trusting God changes things for you and allows you to wait well for his timing. He will direct and guide you on the journey to what he has for you trusting his timing on it all will give you the best outcome. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6, NIV)
You have to decide to set your heart on God and trust him, even if his timing doesn’t make sense to you. Trusting God completely in this season starts with your heart. Sometimes the journey to get to the “yes” is longer than you would like, but remember it’s “God’s timing, not mine.” So, what is God’s timing? God’s timing is when you prayed for something and you got an answer-a yes-and now you are waiting on him to make it happen. When you know, without any doubt, that God has the best for you-even when it feels hard to wait on his timing-that is how to trust in God completely.
